In French as in calculation, the Hattemer method is more complete and dense than the curriculum set by the Education Nationale (National Program).

Notes
- As an indication, the level in brackets indicates the year in which the item is taught in following the National Program. In the absence of brackets, the notion is, in most institutions scrupulously following the National Program, omitted from Primary teaching.
- In the HATTEMER course, the 12ème corresponds to CP, and not the last year of nursery as in some private schools.
- Le concept de l’article est un des 7 « déterminants » du P/N.
- The 8 tenses of the indicative are taught in 11ème and revised each year.
